Occasional visits to places of interest are arranged in the summer months, for which there are additional charges. Travel may be by coach or, for local visits, by member's own cars.

Unless otherwise stated, all meetings are in Sharpthorne Church Hall, Station Road, RH19 4NY (except in December) and start at 7:45 pm. Tea and Coffee is included. Membership is £15 for the year or visitors £3 per meeting.
